
Day 01: Arrival / Anamaduwa
Upon arriving in Sri Lanka meet and assist at the airport by our representative and transfer to Anamaduwa from the Bandaranayake International Airport for your first night.
Check in to Mud House. In the evening Leisurely walk in the compound of Mud House to learn about their concept of sustainable and eco-tourism.

Day 02: Anamaduwa
After Breakfast you can visit the Paramankanda Rock Temple, just minutes away from Mudhouse.
Paramankanda Rock Temple -
The Paramakanda Temple is situated just 2 km from The Mudhouse and towers imposingly in the distance atop a giant rocky outcrop. Accessible by cycle or tuk-tuk, Paramakanda is one of our ‘must see’ attractions.
The surrounding areas offer many interesting and adventurous activities
In the evening do the Kayaking in the Lake.

Day 03: Anamaduwa
AAfter Breakfast the lake adjacent to the Mudhouse is ideal for swimming or bird watching. You can explore the surrounding village and experience rural village life.
Picnic to visit a rural village, paddy fields and farmers, Bats cave, an ancient inscription site and many more attractions.
In the evening relax at the Hotel.

Day 04: Anamaduwa / Wilpattu
After Breakfast we will proceed to Wilpattu. It is a beautiful location to appreciate nature with some creature comforts that will make your stay quite pleasant. There is a variety of wild life that can be observed, together with some splendid bird sightings.
Check in to the Hotel and evening relax at the hotel.

Day 05 : Wilpattu
After Breakfast do a safari Game in Wilpattu.
It’s a great wildlife excursion where the elusive leopard, sloth bear, deer, jackal and numerous species of birds can be spotted.
Wilpattu National Park
Wilpattu National Park is a park located on the island of Sri Lanka. The unique feature of this park is the existence of "Willus" (Natural lakes) - Natural, sand-rimmed water basins or depressions that fill with rainwater. Located in the Northwest coast lowland dry zone of Sri Lanka.Nearly sixty lakes (Willu) and tanks are found spread throughout Wilpattu. Wilpattu is the largest and one of the oldest National Parks in Sri Lanka.
In the evening Visit the local traditional pottery maker. Guest can also give it a try!

Day 06 : Wilpattu / Anuradhapura / Mihintale / Habarana
After Breakfast proceed to Anuradhapura and do the city tour in Anuradhapura.
Anuradhapura - Anuradhapura is the most celebrated of Sri Lanka’s ancient ruined cities. The city’s greatest treasures are its dagabas constructed of small sun-dried bricks and hemispherical in shape. The most notable of these dagabas are the Ruvanveli which dates back to the 2nd Century BC and is 3 00ft in diameter, the Jetawanarama is 370ft and the Thuparama which enshrines the collarbone of the Buddha. The city’s most renowned relic is the sacred Bo-Tree which is said to have grown from a branch of the tree under which the Buddha gained enlightenment. It was planted 2250 years ago and is the oldest historic tree in the world.
After the city tour visit Mihintale.
Mihintale - Mihintale is a mountain peak near Anuradhapura in Sri Lanka. It is believed by Sri Lankans to be the site of a meeting between the Buddhist monk Mahinda and King Devanampiyatissa which inaugurated the presence of Buddhism in Sri Lanka. It is now a pilgrimage site, and the site of several religious monuments and abandoned structures.

Day 07 : Habarana / Sigiriya / Habarana
After Breakfast proceed to Sigiriya and climb Sigiriya rock fortress.
Sigiriya - Take a leisurely walk back in time to the top of enormous Sigiriya rock and its elaborate ancient fortress complex. The 200 metre high ancient remains of a defensive capital built by a fearful king, ‘Lion’s Rock’ houses dynamic 5th century frescos, terraced gardens and splashing fountains.
In the evening do the safari in Minneriya national Park.
Minneriya national Park - The park is a feeding ground for Elephants that dwell in the nearby forests and our expert park ranger will be able to help us spot some of these graceful creatures. The park is also an important habitat for many species of monkey as well as Sambar Deer and a huge range of large water birds such as storks and pelicans.

Day 08 : Habarana / Polonnaruwa / Passikudah
After Breakfast we will proceed to the ancient ruins of Polonnaruwa where you will see historical architecture and sculptures and an extraordinary irrigation system built by the Kings.
